Every inquiry, captured.
“How much is a membership?” is a buying signal. Sona answers it right and never lets it walk away.
Your prices, your policies — quoted, not approximated.
Everything an inquiry touches.
Never a made-up number. Unknown question? Message taken, answer added once.
Freezes, cancellations, guest passes, student rates — the full vocabulary.
Each 'just asking' gets a follow-up owner and a deadline — not a sticky note.
The answer ends with an invitation, and the invitation ends with a booking.
The 9 PM price-checker gets an answer tonight, not your competitor tomorrow.
Each club's rates quoted at each club's door — overrides included.
“We'll call you back” vs. answered now.
| The old way | With Sona | |
|---|---|---|
| The price question | A sticky note | Answered + tour offered |
| The lead record | Maybe a napkin | Contact, source, transcript |
| Follow-up | Whoever's on shift | Named owner, deadline |
| After hours | Lost | Captured and queued |
Price questions, answered.
What happens if it doesn't know the answer?
It says so, takes a message, and creates a task owned by a named person on your team with a deadline. It never guesses a price or invents a policy — unknown questions are logged so you can add the answer once and never hear the question again.
Does it work across multiple locations?
That's the default, not an add-on. Brand-level facts apply everywhere; each location can override hours, prices, and staff. Every conversation is tagged to its location.
What happens when we change our prices?
Update the fact once in the knowledge base and every channel quotes the new number from that moment — phone, text, and chat together. There's no script to re-record and no version of the old price left behind.

Call it. Right now. It's awake.
Every call answered, every lead captured, nothing dead-ends.
