NewHear it live — call (555) 010-0199

An AI employee
that works for you.

Calls, texts, emails, bookings — handled.

It texts back, replies to email, follows up with every lead, and books the appointments — around the clock, in your gym's voice.

No signup. It picks up in two rings. Ask it anything you'd ask a gym.

The product

Your whole front desk on one screen.

Everything the receptionist does lands in one place — and only what needs a human ever reaches you.

The inbox

Only what needs a human, triaged

Every call ends resolved, booked, or as a task with an owner and a deadline. Your morning is a short list, not a voicemail box.

The knowledge base

It only says what you approve

Prices and policies are quoted verbatim from facts you control. Anything it doesn't know becomes a message — never a guess.

The missed-call math

Your front desk is already open. Nobody's standing at it.

Calls land while your team is coaching, cleaning, or gone for the night. Each one that rings out is a membership walking to the gym that picked up.

How it works

Live in an afternoon, not a quarter.

1

Point your number at Sona

Keep your existing phone number. Forward it, or let us set one up — either way callers notice nothing except that someone finally picks up.

2

Feed it your facts

Prices, hours, class schedule, freeze policy. Your receptionist quotes them word for word — and never invents what you didn't tell it.

3

It answers everything, forever

Every call, text, and web lead — answered, qualified, booked, or handed to a named human with a deadline. Nothing dead-ends.

What it does

A front desk that never steps away

Six guarantees, engineered in — not settings you have to remember to turn on.

Never confidently wrong

Quotes your prices and policies verbatim from your knowledge base. If it doesn't know, it takes a message — it never invents a number.

No dead ends

Every call ends resolved, booked, transferred, or as a task with a named owner and a deadline. Nothing evaporates.

Speaks gym

Membership tiers, class packs, freezes, cancellations, PT upsells, day passes. It knows the vocabulary on day one.

Multi-location from day one

Brand-level facts everywhere, location overrides where they differ. One receptionist, every door.

Works the hours you can't

A huge share of gym calls land after close. Those callers currently reach a beep — yours will reach the front desk.

Hands off cleanly

Live transfer when someone asks for a human — and if the transfer fails, it becomes an urgent task, not a lost caller.

Hear it work

Don't take our word for it. Listen to it work.

Three real conversations, word for word.

FAQ

Questions gym owners actually ask

What happens if it doesn't know the answer?

It says so, takes a message, and creates a task owned by a named person on your team with a deadline. It never guesses a price or invents a policy — unknown questions are logged so you can add the answer once and never hear the question again.

Can it transfer to my staff?

Yes — live transfer whenever a caller asks for a human or the conversation needs one. If the transfer doesn't connect, the caller isn't dropped: your receptionist takes a message and opens an urgent follow-up task instead.

Will callers know it's AI?

It answers as your front desk, in a natural voice, and never pretends to be a specific human. Most callers just notice that someone finally picked up on the second ring.

Does it work across multiple locations?

That's the default, not an add-on. Brand-level facts apply everywhere; each location can override hours, prices, and staff. Every conversation is tagged to its location.

How long does setup take?

An afternoon. Point your number at Sona, load your facts — prices, hours, policies — and make a test call. You can hear it answering as your gym the same day.

Does it use my existing phone number?

Yes. Keep the number your members already know and forward it to Sona — or we can provision a new one. Either way, nothing changes for callers except that the phone gets answered.

What does it do with a call at 11 PM?

Answers it. Late callers get real answers, can book a tour, or leave a message that becomes a morning task — instead of reaching voicemail and calling your competitor at 8 AM.
